Mortgage
Establishing a relationship with a mortgage
representative is one of the first steps towards buying a home. It is important to have a
realistic picture of how much home you can afford. Since you will be discussing very
personal information about your financial history and current status, it is important that
you work with someone you are comfortable with. Your mortgage representative will work
closely with your consultant to find you the best home in your price range and design a payment
plan you are comfortable with. Included here are links to sites that can answer almost any
question you might have about home financing. We also included the mortgage representatives
that we have worked with in the past and have been very pleased with their work and how
they treated our clients. Your friends and co-workers can also recommend someone that they
felt did a great job for them.
A great place to start. Mortgage 101 is
an award-winning mortgage resource with over 155 informative documents. Applications,
bankruptcy, calculators, credit ratings, down payment, FHA loans, insurance, interest
rates, loan programs, second mortgage, VA loans
